JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Comcast resolved a customer complaint sent to the On Your Side team about a gift card issue.
Cheryl said she upgraded to the Xfinity triple play package in April of 2012. She told us she hasn't gotten her $100 gift card.
A Comcast spokesperson told us she's actually eligible for a $250 gift card and the company is sending her a check directly, preferably by overnight mail.
