JSO Employee arrested for video vouyeurism

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office held a press conference at 11 a.m. Wednesday to announce the arrest of a fellow employee.

Brian Cruz Valenzuela, sworn bailiff, was arrested today for an incident on February 17 where he filmed a sexual act between him and a woman he was on a date with.

According to police, as soon as the woman noticed she was being filmed, she took offense to it and left the residence. She went to a family member, who went immediately to police. He is no longer an employee with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Video vouyeurism, which is the what Cruz is being charged with, is a 3rd degree felony.
