ST. AUGUSTINE, FL -- A soldier from St. Augustine has been killed in Iraq.

Sgt. Bryan Tutten of the 82nd Airborne died when a roadside bomb hit his unit, according to the St. Augustine Record.

Tutten leaves behind a wife, Constandina Peterson Tutten, and two children, Catherine, who will turn 4 later this week, and Gareth, who will turn 1 in May.

The Department of Defense has not released any information yet.

A posting from a cousin of the family on a blog site says Tutten, 33, had been on his second tour of duty in Iraq for the last 14 months and had been scheduled to come home within the next month.

It's the latest tragedy for the Tutten family. Tutten's father, Thomas Robert Tutten, drowned at Vilano Beach in April, 2001. He ran into the ocean to grab a raft for some children playing on the beach, but went under before reaching it.
