JACKSONVILLE, FL -- By now almost every computer user has one.

An inbox is a lifeline to the world -- full of news, jokes, and even pictures.

But that inbox can be a portal to crime.

And that's why internet service providers -- like AOL -- are required to let authorities know when those pictures turn criminal.

That's exactly how these Jacksonville Sheriff's Office vice officers have come to a Northside porch.

Investigators say John Tickle, 47, used his AOL account to take in child pornography pictures.

When they went to question him about the e-mail, his sister Virgie Dietrichs, 51, allegedly led them to computer disks full of porn.

In all, officers say they counted 180 images of child porn on those disks, including one picture of an infant and another of a child with a dog.

"Small, small children in this case," says JSO Lt. Mike Gwynes. "It's not older teenagers that could be mistaken. This is small children."

Officers say Dietrichs is under arrest because she was aware of the photos and of their location in the home.

Tickle reportedly told officers he was saving the pictures to infiltrate and take down the child pornography ring.

"This gentlemen's possessed this stuff for many, many months, collected more and more of it. Hasn't called us yet."
