WASHINGTON (AP) -- It's time to say goodbye to daylight-saving time. Clocks shift back to standard time at 2 am Sunday, local time, giving most people an extra hour of sleep tomorow night.

That means set the clock back an hour -- fall back.

Of course, it also means an extra hour of work to those who work the overnight shift. And the change means it will be dark an hour earlier Sunday night when the young ghosts and ghouls make their Halloween rounds.

Daylight-saving time returns the first Sunday in April.
