PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- Police are looking for a man who is accused of attacking another man with a machete.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, the attack happened shortly after midnight Saturday south of Crescent City.
Deputies went to Kings Court after hearing about a fight with injuries, and found a victim with a 6-inch gash in the side of his head. He was taken to the hospital.
The investigation led deputies to believe Reynaldo Escobar, 37, hit the victim with a machete and left the area.
Escobar is currently wanted by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office for attempted murder.
