JACKSONVILLE, FL -- First Coast News is following new information in the death of a young mother from Macclenny.
Police found the body of 26 year old Trudy Sarman at Palms Fish Camp of Heckscher Drive Thursday afternoon.
Investigators won't say how she died.
But First Coast News has learned Sarman sang at a Jacksonville area nightclub Wednesday night and left with a man.
Thursday afternoon, construction workers stumbled on her body on the Northside.
Sarman was married and had two young children.
Friday morning, a number of small yellow signs, marked spots where police have found evidence.
The markers lined the grassy area where Sarman was found.
"It's a shame. It's an area where everyone comes, puts boats out and come here and see someone got murdered out here," said Fred Anson.
Anson is a boater who says he takes his family out here all the time. He says during the day the fish camp is always busy.
"It's a great group of people that come out here to fish."
Anson said at night, he's noticed it gets very dark in the camp because there are no lights.
"It's a shame that everything's coming to this in Jacksonville. It's getting terrible," said Anson.
Sarman's family did come out to the crime scene Friday morning, but did not want to talk or be identified.
