ST. AUGUSTINE, FL -- A truck driver is facing many years in prison for a crash that killed two Flagler College students.

A jury convicted Miguel Leon Thursday night of vehicular homicide and two counts of reckless driving causing serious bodily injury.

His truck crushed a car that had slowed down in a construction zone on I-95 near State Road 206 in November 2005.

The collision killed 18-year-old Jessica Kaufman and 20-year-old Lindsay Chain. Both attended Flagler College.

Leon faces up to 15 years in prison for each count of vehicular homicide, and up to 5 years in prison for each count of reckless driving.
