Fourth Man Sought in Kidnapping & Rape of Teenager

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Police are searching for a fourth man involved in the kidnapping and rape of a 16-year-old Jacksonville girl.

Dwayne Miller, 29, Alan Alley, 26 and Labron Miller, 28 were arrested and charged with kidnapping and rape.

The 16-year-old girl was on her way to school when a car pulled up to her.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Labron Miller pointed a gun at her and told her to get into the car.

The teen hesitated and then followed his orders, according to police.

The suspects drove her to a house near Wilson Boulevard and Macgregor Dr., where the four men raped her. She escaped out of the back window of the bedroom.

Police found the victim, walking along Kivler Driver.

She told police what had happened.

The officers drove the victim to the home on Macgregor Dr., where she identified the suspects.

The suspects were arrested. Police are now looking for a fourth man. They do not have description of him.
