PALATKA, FL -- Palatka police are looking for a man who robbed a store clerk of his shorts. 
 
7-year-old Boy Shot by Stray Carjacking Bullet 
JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The R.L. Brown Elementary School student was getting dressed for bed when bullets flew through his room. He was shot in the leg.
