HOPKINS, SC -- A Midlands woman has made a hobby of using nail polish to decorate her car.
Yvonne Millner of Hopkins says one day she just decided to create a happy face on her car to give everyone a smile. Since then she's made designs and slogans all over the car, including an American flag, a palm tree, and the phrase 'hang loose'.
"When people see it it takes them for a ride," says Millner. "They start smiling and waving and they just think it's a great thing."
Millner says she spends about three to four hours a day working on it, and she says she'll likely never truly finish it.
