Baseball Card Theft

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) -- Ted Williams is missing. That's from a Canadian collector, who says his Ted Williams baseball card was stolen while he was staying at a motel in upstate New York.

State troopers say the man reported he bought the card for $5,500. It's the only item missing from the man's room. The collector, who asked not to be identified, is offering a reward for its return.

Now, troopers are asking for the public's help in finding that rare 1954 card, depicting the legendary Boston Red Sox slugger.
