DENVER - A United Airlines flight landed safely after colliding with a bird on descent into Denver International Airport.

It happened shortly before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Flight 1475 departed the Dallas-Forth Worth Airport early Tuesday with 151 passengers on board.

Christen David, a spokesperson for United Airlines, says no one was injured, and the plane was being inspected for damage.
