RAVENNA, Ohio -- Dan Lintz says he was doing yard work behind his home in Ravenna when a black bear rang his doorbell.

"I walked around the side of the house and here he comes," said
Lintz. "I'm thinking, he either ate the person who rang that door bell
or he's the one who rang it."
Lintz grabbed his camera and snapped some photos of the bear exploring his yard.
"He starts eating my flowers over here," Lintz said. "So I yell at
him. 'Quit eating my flowers. I just planted those.' So he turns and
starts drinking from the fountain."
Before the bear ran off, Lintz recorded some video.
Lintz tried talking to the bear, who seemed to listen for a moment before bolting into the woods.
"He seemed like he was listening to me," said Lintz. "Could have been a descendent of Yogi or something."
