JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating after a stray bullet that came from a vehicle in the 5500 block of Bishop Lane hit a 3-year-old girl in the foot.

She has been released from the hospital, according JSO at the scene.

JSO is asking for the public's help in identifying the party or parties that may have been responsible for the shooting.
