MIAMI (AP) - Doctors say a homeless man whose face was mostly chewed off in a bizarre attack is in good spirits at a Miami hospital. They say Ronald Poppo is talking and walking with the help of hospital staff.
His left eye was removed and doctors are trying to find a way to restore vision in his right eye. He was attacked alongside a busy highway last month for reasons that are still unclear. Police fatally shot his attacker.
