St. Augustine Police, State Troopers, help couple in need

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Several St. Augustine Police Officers and State Troopers came out to help a couple in need.

A tree fell on a home on Joiner St., as a result of Hurricane Matthew, in downtown St. Augustine and according to a neighbor, the couple that own the home were scammed by someone who offered to help them get rid of the debris.

Well, the local authorities made it their mission to help this couple out. A few officers, both on and off duty, showed up at this couples house to help them cut down the tree. A community coming together is a great thing, indeed!
