You only have one more day to register to vote. The deadline is Tuesday.
You can register to vote at your county's office of elections, at public libraries, and also at the department of motor vehicles, where you get your driver's license.
You can also register by mail, but the application has to be postmarked no later than October 9.
Elections supervisors have seen people come to polling places to vote only to find out they have not registered.
"We can look it up for them if they don't have a computer," said Vicky Oakes, St. Johns County Supervisor of Elections.
There is also a statewide elections website where you can see if you are registered to vote.
Some supervisor of elections offices -- such as those in Duval and St. Johns counties -- will have extended office hours tomorrow.
