INTERLACHEN, Fla. -- Police have arrested two people after discovering drugs and drug items at a home while serving a warrant.

On Tuesday, Putnam County Sheriff's Office deputies were serving a Marchman Act at a home in the 100 block of Park Avenue when they saw someone who looked like the subject of the warrant running from the home.

Deputies found a one-pot methamphetamine lab in a shed behind the home, according to the Facebook page for the PCSO. There were also two additional one-pot labs, marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia in the residence.

Stephanie Nicole Claudio and Jason Francisco Garcia were arrested on drug related charges.

They were taken to Putnam County Jail. Claudio is charged on five counts related to the possession and production of drugs, and possession of marijuana. Her bond is $3,520.

Garcia was booked on one count of possession of drugs with a bond of $1,004.

A Marchman Act is a commitment statute that allows involuntary commitment of long-term treatment. This treatment is mainly for drug users who refuse to seek treatment themselves.
