Pulice began teaching in Nassau County in 1979 at West Nassau High School as a math teacher, assistant football and assistant baseball coach. The next five years, him taught math and special education at Fernandina Beach High School and was also an assistant football and head baseball coach.
He has a Florida real estate Brokers license along with a Real Estate School Instructors license issued by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation. Once a quarter he teach either a contracts class, professional ethics or core law to incoming Realtors for continuing education credit.
As his career path evolved, he left teaching as a profession and entered the business world and since 1988 he has been the broker/manager of Amelia Realty.
During the past 24 years Pulice has been involved with balancing budgets, cutting expenses from some areas to add to others and learning to do more with less. He has been always been active in professional organizations, such as the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors and served as President of AINCAR, was awarded Realtor of the Year and Committee Chairman of the year, served on the Board of Directors, served on the (MLS) Multiple Listing service Board of Directors, was Chairman of the Grievance Committee, and Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. Additionally, the association grants two scholarships to graduating seniors each year and I am honored to have been a part of that process.
His business career has taken me outside my professional organization and given him many experiences with other associations and organizations. He has been the President of the Village Center Condominium Association for the past five years and is currently Treasurer on the Board of the Gateway to Amelia Owners Association. Additionally, he was a past Board member of the Gateway Commons I Board of Directors.
