TAMPA, Fla. -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott will likely not appear at the remainder of the Republican National Convention, Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll tells First Coast News.
Scott will be paying close attention to the flooding in Palm Beach County and the tropical conditions in Pensacola as Hurricane Isaac passes by.
Carroll said that Isaac's approach has been the biggest event at the convention event thus far.
