ORLANDO, Fla. -- Newt Gingrich vowed to stay in the race for President Tuesday night, after coming in second place in the Florida primary.
Supporters held signs that read, "46 States to Go," and Gingrich asked the crowd to take heed.

"I ask you to get on Facebook, get on Twitter, the phone, in person, make a visit. Tell people in those 46 states there is still a chance to elect a true conservative," he said.
He also took a swipe at first-place finisher Mitt Romney. Though he didn't mention the former governor by name, he did call him the "Massachusetts moderate."

Gingrich mainly focused his attack on President Obama, telling the crowd that he may not be as good at golf as the president, but he would be better at job creation.
"I pledge to you my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor. This election is about America," he told the crowd before leaving the stage.
