Motorcyclist killed in Moncried Road crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A motorcyclist died in a Wednesday morning crash near the intersection of Moncrief and Old Kings Roads. The crash closed the intersection for several hours while Traffic Homicide Detectives with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office investigated. Detectives at the scene tell First Coast News a small recreational vehicle was attempting to make a left turn and failed to see the motorcyclist.
