Police seek help identifying remains found 27 years ago

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- St. Johns County Sheriff's Office detectives are hoping the public will be able to help them identify remains found near the Crescent Beach ramp April 11, 1985. The Federal Bureau of Investigation recently examined the remains and reconstructed the woman's facial features. Payne said the FBI sent pictures to the detectives. Investigators believe the woman may have looked similar to the photographs at the time of her death.
