President Obama's victory speech

President Obama claimed victory early Wednesday morning by telling supporters "the task of our union moves forward," and its challenges will be met.

"We know in our hears that for the United States of America, the best is yet to come," Obama told backers in Chicago.

Obama thanked his family and friends, and also paid tribute to vanquished Republican opponent Mitt Romney.
