Mitt Romney's concession speech

BOSTON, Mass. -- Republican Mitt Romney gave his concession speech at about 12:55 a.m. Wednesday. Romney said h called President Barack Obama to concede the presidential race. Romney addressed supporters, saying the nation is at a critical point, and Americans should not engage in partisan bickering.
