Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver donate $10 million to Baptist Health

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Thursday Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver made a $10 million gift to Baptist Health, the largest gift the hospital system has ever received.

The donation will go to the health system's endowment where it will be used to generate perpetual funding for pediatric and adolescent behavioral health program, according to a news release from Cindy Hamilton, spokesperson for Baptist Health.
