Unlicensed contractors arrested in undercover sting

Eleven unlicensed contractors have been arrested and accused of soliciting work requiring a state license in an undercover sting operation.

The undercover sting was a joint operation between the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Northeast Florida Builders Assocation and Florida's Department of Financial Services.
