Recovery Walk for National Recovery Month

Clients over coming drug addiction and employees from two local rehab centers joined forces Saturday to walk in solidarity on the road to recovery.

The walk began at River Region Human Services in Riverside with a remembrance service honoring those who died at the hands of their addiction. It continued along River Walk and finished downtown at The Jacksonville Landing.

The event was is co-organized by Gateway Community and River Region Human Services.
