One killed in early morning house fire

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Crews with the St. Johns County Fire Rescue department responded to a house fire at 1:15 Thursday morning. The fire was in the 400 block of Watson Road, according to a news release from St. Johns County Fire Rescue Public Information Officer Jeremy Robshaw. When firefighters conducted a search of the home they found one person deceased inside. It took crews only 15 minutes to get the fire contained and under control.
