Riverside area flooding from Beryl

A three block area of Riverside Ave. near Stockton St. began to go under water before 5am. There was over a foot of water at the intersection of Riverside and Stockton. Dozens of drivers had to back up and go in another direction.

A few area residents came out on foot to check things out. The wind took this woman and her umbrella down riverside avenue.

Duval county emergency management was out before sunrise assessing damage the extent of the flooding.
