JSO Honors Fallen Officers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Wednesday morning the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office honored fallen officers at their Police Memorial Day Ceremony. JSO paid tribute to the 60 officers killed in the line of duty serving Jacksonville. The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is scheduled to observe Police Memorial Day May 9th. The Clay County Sheriff's Office will observe their Memorial Day May 10th with events planned throughout the day to honor their fallen officers and Detective David White. The Putnam County Sheriff's will mark the observance May 11th with a ceremony at Mount Tabor Baptist Church in Palatka.
