First Coast Gears: Old Florida Cafe Antique Car & Truck Show

Car lovers headed out to Philips Highway near Baymeadows Saturday for the Fourth Annual Old Florida Cafe Antique Car and Truck Show.

Among the pristine rides was a restored 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS (see the photo slider).

Sunshine State Chevelles President Chris Conover did a lot of the restoration work on his buddy's car a few years back. Among the major modifications is an aftermarket air conditioning system.

He proudly notes the SS won best in class two years ago at the Chevelle Southeast Regionals in Atlanta. For more car news visit FIRST COAST GEARS
