JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Thunderstorms have already developed over downtown Monday afternoon and more will pop as drivers hit the roads home this evening.
Because little wind is pushing the storms around, some could linger over an area bringing heavy rain. Rain will develop around I-95 and should last until after sunset. But storms near Lake City back through Baker county will end earlier.
