
ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- If you are a member of a priority group for the swine flu vaccine, you can get it for free.
The St. Johns County Health Department is offering the shots today and Wednesday, for members of the following groups, as determined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:
- Pregnant women
- Caregivers of infants
- Health care providers
- First responders
- People from 6 months to 24 years old
- People from 25 to 64 years old who have certain medical conditions that raise their risk of flu-related complications
The clinic, located at 1955 US 1 South, Suite 100, in St. Augustine, is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Wednesday. It is closed each of those days for lunch.
The vaccine will remain available while supplies last.
