NEW YORK (AP) -- A stronger-than-expected GDP report helped put Wall Street back on a winning track in the latest session.
The Dow rose 200 points to 9,963. The S&P was up 23 points to 1,066 after four straight session declines. The Nasdaq was up 38 points to 2,098.
The government today releases personal income and spending figures for September. They're expected to show that spending fell and incomes were flat.
