WASHINGTON -- Have you noticed some big changes in the way you do basic things these days?
Maybe you're not shaking hands or you're keeping your kids home from school at the slightest sign of a sniffle.
The swine flu has changed how we do a lot of things.
At the Paradise Restaurant in Safety Harbor, Florida they are serving up more than breakfast these days.
The most popular side may be sanitizer.
In a place where a lot of hands, touch a lot of things, stopping the spread of swine flu is the special of the day.
It's become second nature to many of us.
You might not even realize how much you're thinking about H1N1 until someone tries to shake your hand.
Now, that's often a no-no.
A new poll from Com Psych Corporation shows more than 70 percent of workers surveyed have changed their behavior because of swine flu.
But it's not just in the workplace.
It's also at many churches where communion is now given into hands.
And schools have dropped their perfect attendance awards, preferring students stay home with any symptoms.
While at vitamin stores, sales have jumped with the flu fears.
It's all proof that the spread of the swine flu has changed the way many people live.
