JACKSONVILLE, FL -- While employees of the Premier Kia dealership were carrying picket signs, a company was removing all of the vehicles by court order.

One of them belonged to Margaret Raulerson. "I took my car there in September for a new transmission," she said.

She said when she saw that the dealer was closed, she rushed to the location to retrieve her vehicle.

Raulerson says, "All the security guard could say was nobody is getting anything, and he took my number and shoo me away."

A call to Kia's corporate office was met by even fewer answers. "All they told me was to be patient, you are not the only one," said Raulerson.

But the court order that turned the dealer's assets over to a receiver also provides a remedy for customers like Raulerson; the problem is she doesn't know who to contact.

"And now I'm having to ride the bus, ask friends for a ride; I have to do everything on foot," says a frustrated Raulerson.

The receiver is Michael Moechker and Associates of Ft. Lauderdale.

On Your Side gave her name to the company attorney, and on Thursday, Raulerson received a call from an Orange Park Kia dealer. Her car was taken there and repaired.

The attorney says all steps are being taken to get seized vehicles that do not belong to the dealership to the rightful owners.
