JACKSONVILLE, FL -- She always came with a big dose of enthusiasm. But it's time to say goodbye to Liz.
Liz, though, promises to keep working on changing her eating habits and exercising.
Julie Hadden, who placed second in the network show Biggest Loser, reminded all our contestants that often the ones cut first wind up losing the most weight.
Liz also received encouragement from Bill, the first man cut in our local contest.
Bill says he plans to lose 40 pounds, despite getting dropped from the team.
The contest is based on percentage of body weight lost. It's all math. It's not a popularity contest.
The 10 remaining contestants--5 women and 5 men--have nine more weeks to lose weight.
You can lose weight with them. Sign up for our E-Team. It's free and every Tuesday by email you'll receive tips and news from the Biggest Loser.
