Stocks in Losing String

NEW YORK (AP) -- Wall Street will try to break out of its recent losing streak, having dropped for 3 straight sessions.

On Friday, the Dow sunk 42 points to 9,665. The S&P dipped 6 points to 1,044. And the Nasdaq dropped nearly 17 points to 2,091.

For the week, the Dow was down 1.6 percent, the S&P 500 index was off 2.2 percent and the Nasdaq was down 2 percent.
