JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Meet a Jacksonville couple who decided they just couldn't stand living life way overweight any more.
They were tired of elastic waist bands and "fat" clothes.
And they worried their children would grow up heavy, too -- heavy and plagued with physical problems.
And it goes beyond that. Pam and Jim admit their romantic life had pretty much evaporated into eating ice cream and chocolate cake and going to bed bloated.
"Food was our mistress," Pam says. She thought if her husband came home with chocolate cake for her it meant "he loved me."
Actually, the opposite was happening. Food was a wedge in their relationship.

They have specific tips for your kitchen, too.
Pam and Jim learned how to change through Weight Watchers.
