
JACKSONVILLE, FL-- In 2003, Jim King was serving his two year term as Florida's Senate President. The issues facing the state were huge. The budget, then, as now, was tight.
King was struggling with issues from whether to allow gambling in Florida, to the class size amendment, to critical care for Florida's most vulnerable residents.
Donna Deegan sat down with him for a lengthy interview to talk over some of those issues. King was his always jovial, no holds barred self.
