JACKSONVILLE, FL -- He captured lots of hearts the first time we met him on TV, three years ago.

Dorian has alopecia, meaning no hair most likely for the rest of his life.

The kids were calling him "baldie" and other mean names. He would come home crying from school on some days.

But folks rallied and donated their hair at Kutting for Kids, a First Coast News project to gather donations for wigs.

Now Dorian has a hairpiece. He says he can even swim with it on because it has a custom vacuum seal.

But, as you know, boys grow fast. Now Dorian needs another hairpiece.

Maybe you can help Dorian and many other kids embarrassed to be bald.

Watch the video for Dorian's own personal comments.

Plus, there's a twist at the end of the story, one many women, in particular, will appreciate.

If you can donate ten inches or more of your hair, we'll cut your hair for free. The 2009 Kutting for Kids is Sunday, July 19th at the Orange Park Mall by JC Penney.

Jeannie Blaylock started this even on First Coast News 10 years ago.

Your donations have helped hundreds of children get custom hairpieces, in many cases, for free.

All hair is donated to the non-profit Locks of Love.

"Virgin" hair is the most requested, but the group will accept hair which has been colored or dyed.
