LOS ANGELES, CA -- Did Michael Jackson leave a will?
We could find out as early as this week, according to sources close to one of late singer's attorneys.
Reports are that Joe Jackson gets nothing leaving everything to Jackson's mother, his children and charities.
If such a will exists his family says they know nothing about it.
On Monday, a judge granted Katherine Jackson temporary custody of her three grandchildren.
The family's attorneys say Katherine will likely seek permanent custody of the kids.
"We're going to take care of them and give them the education they are supposed to have," said Jackson's father Joe Jackson.
While his debt is reported to be massive, Jackson's fortunes are said to be even bigger.
Meanwhile, the investigation into his sudden death continues to focus on prescription drugs, with the L.A. County coroner's office Monday seizing additional evidence from the singer's rented mansion.
Watch the video news story on this web page to hear how much money a veteran entertainment reporter claims Jackson spent on prescription drugs.
You'll also see the 2 new photos released Monday, showing the pop start rehearsing for his comback tour the night before his death.
As for Jackson's funeral, his family says that's still in the planning stages as they await results of the second autopsy.
