NEW YORK, NY -- An e-coli warning about cookie dough is now confirmed.
Nestle recalled Toll House Refrigerated Cookie dough over fears of possible e-coli contamination.
Now the Food and Drug Administration confirms the presence of the bacterium in a sample from a Virginia plant.
69 people in 29 states have been sickened, with 34 of them hospitalized.
