JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for three men after an attempted armed robbery Monday.

JSO says the men walked into Nino Auto Sales at the intersection of Atlantic Blvd. and Pecan St., near Arlington Rd., just before noon.

An employee tells First Coast News a suspect pointed a gun at a mechanic and demanded money.

According to JSO, there was a struggle over the weapon and a shot was fired. JSO has not confirmed who fired the shot or if anyone was hit.

If you have any information about the attempted robbery, call First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS (8477). You will remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward if your information leads to an arrest.
