LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Next stop for the beef between the Black Eyed Peas and Perez Hilton: court.
The celebrity blogger has filed a civil lawsuit against Polo Molina, the road manager of the hip-hop group. The suit accuses the manager of battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The suit seeks unspecified damages of more than $25,000. The suit claims the dispute centers on free speech.
Hilton says Molina clocked him because of critical comments Hilton made about the Peas' new album.
Molina is due to appear in court on August 5.
