PHOENIX (AP) -- Lil Wayne faces another hearing in Arizona next month on drug possession and weapons charges.
The rapper was in court yesterday for a pretrial update on the investigation into the charges against him in Yuma County, Arizonia. His attorney says Lil Wayne was in a good mood, signing autographs for about a dozen fans after the hearing.
He was busted at a border patrol checkpoint east of Yuma in January of last year. Authorities say they found cocaine, Ecstasy and a handgun on his tour bus.
Another hearing is set for August 11.
