Phil Spector's Hair Gone

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- If you saw the pictures of record producer Phil Spector all done up in court with his long, flowing hair and sharp outfits, you'll be shocked at the latest images of him.

He's in prison after being convicted of killing actress Lana Clarkson. And in the mug shots of him that have been released, he is shown without the wigs he has been wearing to hide his thinning hair.

It isn't a pretty sight. The top of his head is hairless, with long, stringy hair on the sides.

Spector is serving a sentence of 19 years to life, so the unflattering mugshot is the least of his worries these days.

His wife, Rachelle had an interesting take on the release of the mug shot of her wigless mate: "They took my husband's freedom and dignity. So why not his hair?"
