
MIAMI (AP) -- Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is visiting Florida to see hurricane preparedness efforts and law enforcement activities at the Miami port of entry. Napolitano will be accompanied Friday by Craig Fugate, the new head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Florida's former emergency management director. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Assistant Secretary John Morton will also be on the trip. Napolitano is expected to tour hurricane response and recovery centers and observe Miami port operations. She will visit Miami and Orlando.
